Welcome to the NEW monthly Mixed Events & Dinner Socials.

Note: these events will be both Golf + Dinner. (Golf only play will not be allowed.)

The objective for the Mixed events is to mix the Men’s Division members and the Ladies’ Division members, to get to know one another and to play some fun events together, then socialize together afterwards. In return for Fairmont providing some Sunday Tee-times, we have committed to having dinner at the Clubhouse afterwards.

When you sign up, you may sign-up as a single or a couple.

If you sign-up as a single, the captains will pair you up with another person to form a mixed pair wherever possible.

We will email out a reminder 2-3 weeks in advance of the event, when sign-up opens.

The Club has been provided with 6 Foursomes (24 spots) on Sunday afternoon, and we may be able to get a couple extra if there is solid demand from our members. Given that we know in advance the schedule, we do expect these events to “sell-out” well in advance of the cut-off date. Cut-off date is the Thursday before the Sunday event date at 6pm.

Guests may be allowed on a space-available basis by request to the Mixed League Captain through the sign-up form herein. Please supply your Guest’s handicap and dinner menu selection in the sign-up form. Extras beyond the tee-times available will be place on a Waitlist and if people cancel, will be contacted to replace the cancellations.

Also, your dinner choice will need to be chosen when you sign-up.
